1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UncomMarket ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
UncomMarket is a community platform where users share daily frustrations, vote on posts, and earn cash prizes based on community engagement. The service is funded through advertising revenue.
3. User Accounts
You must authenticate via Google or Apple OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Content Guidelines
Users may post content about daily frustrations. Posts are limited to 500 characters with a maximum of 3 posts per day. Content must not be illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Voting and Public Activity
Your voting activity is public. When you upvote a post, your username and avatar will be visible to other users through the voter list. Downvotes are not publicly displayed. You agree that your voting activity may be used for analytics and shared with third parties in aggregated or identifiable form.
6. Daily Limits
Users are limited to 3 posts and 10 votes (upvotes + downvotes combined) per day. Limits reset at midnight PST. Comment posting and comment voting are unlimited.
7. Prize System
Prizes are distributed daily based on upvote rankings. Prize amounts depend on advertising revenue and seed funding. UncomMarket reserves the right to modify prize structures at any time. See our Official Sweepstakes Rules for complete details.
8. Payments
Prizes are paid via PayPal. Users must provide a valid PayPal email to receive payments. UncomMarket is not responsible for payment delays caused by PayPal or incorrect payment information. Winners earning $600 or more annually will receive a 1099-MISC tax form.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or suspected fraud.
