Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Overview

UncomMarket operates a daily prize program where users earn cash based on community engagement with their posts. Participation is 100% free — no purchase necessary.

2. Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a valid UncomMarket account (Google or Apple OAuth)
  • Open to participants worldwide
  • Employees and affiliates of UncomMarket are not eligible

3. How to Enter

Create an account and post content about daily frustrations. Posts are ranked by upvote count from other community members. No purchase or payment is required to participate.

4. Daily Prizes

  • Prize Pool: 50% of daily advertising revenue plus seed funding ($21/day minimum)
  • Ranking: Based on upvote count (downvotes do not affect prize rankings)
  • Maximum: $500 per person per day
  • Distribution: 60% to post author, 40% split equally among first 20 upvoters (early voters)
  • Determination Period: Midnight to midnight PST

5. Monthly Bonus

  • Prize Pool: $3,000 per month
  • Distribution: Top 5 posts by cumulative monthly upvotes receive $500 each. 6th place receives $500.
  • A single user may win multiple monthly prizes with different posts.

6. Early Voter Bonus

The first 20 users to upvote a prize-winning post share 40% of that post's prize equally. If fewer than 20 upvoters exist, all upvoters share the 40%. Canceling and re-voting forfeits early voter status. Switching from upvote to downvote also forfeits early voter status.

7. Payment

  • Prizes are paid via PayPal
  • Winners must provide a valid PayPal email in their profile
  • Payments are processed manually within 7 business days
  • Unclaimed prizes (no PayPal email after 30 days) are forfeited

8. Tax Obligations

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. US residents earning $600 or more annually will receive a 1099-MISC form. International winners are responsible for complying with their local tax laws.

9. Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Vote manipulation or coordinated voting
  • Automated posting or voting (bots)
  • Harassment or abuse of other users
  • Posting illegal, harmful, or spam content

Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of prizes, and permanent ban.

10. Modifications

UncomMarket reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize program at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform.
