I have some awful news for you, Diane
Stacked order, obviously.

I never understood this. If you are that particular about how you get your food then don’t order DoorDash, go pick up that shit yourself
Order priority straight to you for $2 more
hello!
Mfs with the Dodge Chargers or Challengers never tip. Same with the big fucking lifted trucks
I dont know, ive delivered to some dudes in pretty bad areas with nicer sports cars and trucks and they've tipped really good, not every one of them, but I do both rich and poor areas. It comes down to the time of day and the customer but people in rich areas tip poorly someti...
Not all of us ...I tip 25-30% and if I'm high you might get 80-100%🤣🤣🤣
Sooo true
I don't even acknowledge these idiotic demands. Including and especially the texts "hurry up my food is getting cold."
One time I was still inside Walgreens, hadn't checked out yet, and got the "Hurry up my ice cream is gonna melt" message. I just about unassigned.
Exactly. Picked up, delivered, and paid
Please indicates it’s a request, not a demand.
Spot the no-tip customer
Why do you guys say this? There's more than enough post demonstrating good tippers get bulked with stacked orders.
This is why I keep my completion rate really high. Unassign.
Makes more sense to eat a 1 star
I don’t see why I would unassigned from a good paying offer just because the customer requested something that can’t be guaranteed.
Does unassigning affect any rates?
Lmao goofy ass customers.
Just a customer who doesn't understand how the app works. Which is a lot more common than not.
Whyyyyyyyyyy do people expect their order from 40+ min ago to be completely fresh n hot? I live in the middle of NOWHERE in Florida ,which is pretty rare nowadays, but they almost always have another order to drop off first. Never bothered me for a second.
Honestly I blame the system. Dashers shouldn't get the offer until the order is made/ready imho. And it shouldn't let the order sit there forever with out offering to dasher. But that's me...there's a lot that could be more explained transparent and user friendly they're too l...
😂 poor thing she thinks she is in control
Fr just put the fries in the bag and follow my instructions 😭
There’s literally an option in the app when you place an order “deliver straight to me” for an up charge. They want the premium service without paying the premium…
That doesn't do anything. I've had more than one customer complain because they paid the "deliver straight to me" fee and they got their stuff 2nd or 3rd. I simply apologized for the confusion and referred them to support, since I don't control the order of deliveries.
Number one I love your title for this. Number two you’re not even going to see this until after you accept the order number three. Yes, of course I could un assign, but in the end that’s going to hurt my ratings which in my area could possibly mean having to schedule a dash fo...
Um... What? Could you elaborate on scheduling the 3am dash?
Trailer park people trying to act like the celebrities they worship. This country is fucked.
If I see an exclamation mark, a stern set of instructions or anything not worth my time I just cancel it. 9/10 they’ll leave bad reviews for the smallest inconvenience.
I get it but they need to complain to DD not put in the drop off notes most of us won’t see until after we’ve picked the order(s) up. Last night I got a pizza order stacked with an 18 item wegmans shopping order. At 5 on a Friday. Felt bad for the pizza customer but I was cre...
Does doordash allow you to unassign one order from a stacked set of orders?
they think that us drivers get paid a lot and we get big tips from their little orders today I was sent out in my area to another area for a $5 pickup call I went to gas prices it's insane and you think one of them would say here's the tip no that's why they leave it by the do...
Im gonna be real honest with you, i barely understood what you said here.
Lol do they want us to drop it so they can wait even longer?
Does paying for priority order actually prevent stacking? Im a customer and I’ve paid for priority and still seen drivers going all over the place
No it does not. I've had customer complain about this
isnt this what the “express delivery” thing is for? to guarantee your order gets priority and the speediest delivery??? pay for it ho
This just screams i didnt tip and thats why it always gets stacked together
She did tip, though.
People are saying she is a non-tipper, but it could go either way. OP was she the tipper or the non-tipper in that stack?
She did tip on her order. It was the rare stack where everyone tipped.
If it was a big tip then yea maybe
Lol she has no clue how this works. Bless her heart.
It isn’t worth the gas or wear and tear on a vehicle to only pick up one order. You’re getting bundled
Too bad 90% of the orders are all double stacked... used to only be if the houses were near each other or on the way... but now I get doubles going in the complete opposite direction...
😂😂😂 you win the internet today
I put on "Diane" by Hüsker Dü before reading the comments.
I had one like this once and I proactively texted to let them know that DD is the one who stacks orders and I have no control over it, but assured them that their food would be in my thermal bag and I'd get to them as quickly as possible. They left an extra tip after delivery.
girl fuck you lol

Tip <$5 for unbundled
lol
Is anybody worry about the gas prices it's $3.50 here in Belmont and Fulton Mississippi sometimes I wonder if it's worse to drive your car uses more stopping and starting in town and stuff
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
They don’t understand they are quite literally asking you to NOT make more money. If this other pick up is making this trip more profitable then respectfully, no Karen.
These be the people tipping $0
The entitlement is crazy
I hope you delivered their order second 😂😂
It did happen to be first
Im pretty sure orders that get paired with other people is because no driver is accepting it right ? Every time i get the drop off summary for a double order theres 1 that never has a tip.
"please break your contract for me"
Me when my driver stacks orders: yess queen get that $$$. People are so ridiculous
Me on the phone with other customers: "Whelp, sorry guys, Diane says you'll have to wait an additional hour to get your food."
I wish they understood that we can’t even SEE this part until we picked up the food and that is well after we choose to pick up both orders <\3
The tip amount is important for context here.
Why is it important? The customer’s request is indicative that she doesn’t have a strong understanding of how things work for dashers. The offer was good enough that I accepted it. The amount of her tip, or even whether or not she tipped, isn’t critical But, I’m interested to ...
Lot? She in a mobile home too?
Yes
Unassigned
I'm a delivery rider in Korea and we have the exact same customers here lol.
Anyone that drives a red charger is a tool anyway
What is the correct amount to tip to not get your order stacked ?
Ok, I’ve never seen a topic badge (or whatever it’s called) read “Delivery War Stories” 😂😂 true peak
Like somebody about to turn down money for your order. That tip would have to be A1
Those people act like they are in charge of everything. Take a bite of everything.
Good lock Diane, lol
I hate when I see anything besides “leave at the door” written in the comment area.
It don’t work that way. Kindly return Diane’s to the store.
I once had a customer say their food was going to get cold because I picked up their food and than had to go food shopping. The funny thing is thing is both orders were for them. I told them not to order at the same time then.
I bet she didn't want to pay a luxury amount either..
Its crazy how much more money I made at Pizza Hut and put less than half the miles on my car. DD is a joke. Especially when it comes to pay, milage, tips, and the trash ass Customers and their bs
She literally could’ve paid to have it directly to her 😒
