I live in Michigan. When it's 0° and we have a couple feet of snow this is what I do. I don't have to use a leash because my dog runs alongside my bike and he just thinks my car is a big bike
Difference is that is the cold, their preferred temperature. This person has them in the sun, on a black top. The street nonetheless and poor doggo has no shoes on too.

Yeah for some reason it was clear at the start of the video but redits quality wants to grow low to make it little pixelated but i literally watched this women walking her dog while driving the car and she saw me just laughing and shaking my head at her and she looked confused...
