The era of corporate time wasting has ended

We did it in our schooldays. We attempted to distract the instructor as long as possible. Discussions, history, stories, whatever to prevent learning! Years back, as a freshman instructor, that energy was still evident. Nowadays, far less so. I appreciated connecting with my learners in those moments. I built relationships and the room was more interactive. I miss that.
