My boss asked me at 8am on Monday to make a presentation for the whole organization at 9am

When I said that I could do it, because I actually have it prepared, but that I do not enjoy that he ask me for these things last minute he said "keep it for yourself, I can't handle criticism right now" He is the same person that skipped me for the promotion.
