I got into an accident during a delivery run and I don't understand what to do.

I'm uncertain how serious the damage is, it had difficulty getting off the roadway and the police officer sent it to a tow facility. The repair facility won't proceed without my insurance settlement. I'm deeply anxious about whether they'll approve it. I've spent 6 months delivering for a service to earn enough to live, and now I've ruined that. I'm frightened about my prospects and feel like I've hit rock bottom
