Evaluating tests that allowed notes. A student scores 10%. I chose to say "rethink how you take notes" rather than "what the hell are you doing while I'm teaching." Gave myself chocolate as recognition for my restraint. Anyone else have some go-to responses when what you're thinking is "HOW THE HELL DID YOU MISS THIS?"
