DOJ will have to provide evidence showing that the ban serves an important government interest, since this sort of case will get intermediate scrutiny, like all cases that involve sex discrimination.

The first set of evidence they showed in this administration shows trans soldiers did above average and the judge had to question if they read their submissions before submitting them. My bet is a vague national security claim this time. It's what they seem to be going for ar...
