We got a parking/reversing camera installed in our car. Seamless connection with car's systems etc, just like factory equipment. Our insurance company raised our costs by 117%.

I'm absolutely stunned, and the agent at the insurance company was equally surprised. Previously £223, now £485. I inquired if we could maintain the cost at £223 if we just cover the camera with paper, or turn off the monitor, but they don't have an answer.
