My boyfriend's mother got access to my private therapy session

He claimed she "required" him to authorize the release. Neither of us are minors. She then disclosed extremely sensitive details to his relatives, and they started calling him with questions about it. I felt completely violated in my entire existence. Not just my privacy was broken by my partner and his mother, but it got shared to strangers I don't know.
