Candidates are expected to present their “true” selves, but companies use AI to judge them? That’s a tough balance to trust. Either AI helps both sides, or it risks creating an uneven playing field.
I mean, what they want is the uneven playing field. That's by design.
I would completely use chatbots, automated response generators, external aids, OUIJA and whatever I could.
Name them! They don't deserve privacy, unless you've signed some NDA.

Because AI is inherently unreliable and will paint a wrong picture of you! but theyre using it. I would genuinely love to hear them try to explain this lol.
The person that reviews the final application likely thinks they're irreplaceable, but if the job is already 95% automated, they'll be unemployed in the next year or two.
