Refund check from CFPB v. Navient

I was surprised to find a refund check of over $2,000 in my mailbox today. It apparently is from a settlement in a lawsuit brought by CFPB against Navient. They claim that Navient steered borrowers into forbearance, instead of income driven repayment plans. Also, it is claimed that wrong information was given to credit companies about some discharged student loans. Anyone else getting these checks?
