Support wasn't helpful and wouldn't block him so I kept getting messages from him for 15 minutes after I made the delivery.

I am intrigued by it said “delivery photo to bypass meet customer” is that a new thing or something I’ve just never seen before?? I thought you had to meet customer for sure and you couldn’t bypass that if they request their delivery that way.
I took a photo of the items left at the door and sent it in chat. I removed the photo while editing the screenshot together because it included their apartment number and belongings.
If a customer doesn’t show up or I’m waiting too long, I always just document it in the chat and send the picture there in the chat that it’s been delivered and that I was leaving, but I’ve never seen that option before must be something new?

I had to give my first thumbs down delivery today after 1,500 deliveries . Customers address wasn’t even in my GPS . Had to call customer and she was new to area it was disaster
