There’s a special spot in hell for these type of individuals
There’s no parking close to the building so I have to walk a great distance and it’s to the second story 😅

I couldn’t agree more. The other day I had to deliver a desk, desk chair, computer monitor, cat litter, and to top it off two heavy ass dumbbells…all to this piece of shit that lived on the 4th floor of an apartment complex…with no elevator
Ain’t no fucking way, Im leaving ts in the lobby
Oh f that 4th floor. The weights wouldn’t be an issue, nor the kitty litter, but… big items suck
Whatttt how many trips did you have to make
It's better to hide the name and the TBA, they could track you and fire you for sharing such customer's data.
Who cares doesn’t change the fact that RAUFI still has a special place in hell
There’s this one guy at my DSP that brings his personal dolly…
Lol I've had to do the same, the one they gave me to use had a flat tire almost every time
Bro I would be cringing so hard
I have been debating doing the same because I feel like the dollies provided dont do a great job securing all the packages and I have a handful of stops that it would be a lot more useful than dragging the tote bags.
Let me guess, the "small" box is actually an XL Box.
Envelope. Lol
Literally marked an OV package missing the other day because it was listed as medium and ended up being the BIGGEST box in the van. Yes I delivered it when I found it😂
It’s ok last week I had house get 10 xl boxes
Im confused, how does that make it ok?
People who live with cracked screens?
It's the employer-provided work phone, genius.
my least favorite is when it's the exact same name, same location, yet they're split into four separate stops
? 4 separate stops would be helpful for stop count reasons
I don’t mind these. I’d rather make one stop that empties out 1/5 of my van than deliver 300 little packages across an apartment complex.

Hand truck? Maybe Arezoo is a nice guy
I had to deliver 6 cases of Fiji water to a house yesterday...
Do you prefer to deliver multiple heavy overflow the same day or have one heavy overflow spread out over multiple days?
2 weeks ago I had to deliver 30 monitors that were packed 2 to an XL package. So 15 XLs to a new office on the second floor of a building. The icing on that shit sundae was the damn hand cart was broke, so I awkwardly had to stack 2 XLs on it and shakily get it to the office. ...
Sounds like someone should get a desk job..

Had a drop like this in the rural area, top of a hill gravel road, turns out it was her drinks for the next two weeks, has the audacity to ask if I could put them inside, out of the kindness of my heat I did but man
Bro, yes. The last 2 days I had way more overflow than usual, 40+ vs the 25 or so I get normally. And guess what, 15 of those overflow went to one house. All heavy ass boxes and XL. I wanted to kill myself.
Did you not bring a cart? Those people pay your paycheck.
I had seven once. All xl and marked heavy.
I've had similar experiences, and what I do is call the customer and see if I can leave it in the lobby or if they can come down and collect it. If none of those are OK, my dispatcher has told me to mark it as 'unable to access.' It's not worth me hurting myself for a package.
Today I had a 4th floor apartment complex that was all connected and I had 13 packages 10 locations and 7 of the 13 were my heavy overflows

i once had to deliver a 50lb cast iron kettle bell to an apartment. luckily there was an elevator and i had a dolly. the box was falling apart too
It would be a little better if they counted these stops with more time. Probably counts the same as a stop with 1 envelope which is bull shit.
Oh well
Those XLs are probably long skinny lightweight boxes
Buddy. I had 16 bags of dog food for one place. This isn't that bad
