Great... /s As someone who worked twenty years outside of a collective bargaining organization, and then three years in a strong professional one, I can say that the quality of life while working as a collective member is vastly superior to being outside a collective. Joint negotiation is an incredible force for fairness. This action has all the signs of authoritarianism. And no, we will not get relief on our taxes.
