Why can't folks only just put their normal names in their order?
It's not resembling any of us trying to steal their identity.

that’s a good way to get your shit stolen or eaten lmfao why fuck with the people delivering your FOOD??
I mean its funny reading it but imagine someone who english isnt their first language walking in saying, pickup for Fuh Q. Thats comedy right there 🤣
lmfao
I dont look at it and see a name, I consider it a password for the order. I give the password/name to the restaurant to get the right food. I check that the password/name is on the slip attached to the bag. If a person meets me for drop off, I request the password/name b...
it doesn’t matter
I think it's funny. Go to Starbucks and say " I have an order for Optimus prime" lol. I had one named " a pirate named fred"

I don't put my real name for privacy reasons. I don't want anyone to know where I live, and having my name attached to an address on a platform where literally anyone could be my driver makes me uncomfortable. That said, I don't have anything outrageous. Just initials.
“I don’t want anyone to know where I live …” Yo must not get very many deliveries …
It also is infuriating when they order to a business and don’t put a name or any way to find them. And their always in a meeting
This.
I do not like delivering these orders as they feel very sketchy. But by the time you see the name, you're already trapped in it.
You know what's funny I don't even look at the name until I get to the residence even when I hit arrived at store and it shows the name if I can't pronounce it I just show the phone and say I am here for DoorDash pick up for this person. By now you're not going to look stupid ...
My DD name is I.C. Wiener
Pizza delivery for I.C. Wiener, man I got to start reading these
-- who cares
Euric Hunt is my fav.
Is better than asking for Nick R
I got one that was N word (actually spelled out) G. Sucked.
IDK what the protocol is, but I feel like I’d report these people when I’m done with the order. That’s some BS and it’s not a game. I’ve already delivered to some sketchy people, and not even in sketchy neighborhoods. Hell nah…
Depending on what they ordered, I might report after pickup, but before drop off.
Personally I couldn't care as long as it's not something disparaging towards people, they're paying money, let them look like unfunny dorks.
Who cares?

Went to school with a kid named Jack Moore, we always said his middle name was Mehoff
Because it shouldn't matter unless you're going into a building where you have to look their name up on the list if that's the case then yeah they are just idiots
Kxninex was one i had recently
I had one customer, the name was "I Ht Wht Ppl". It took me a minute, then I called support, they told me I was the 3rd person to call about the name. Some of those names get real interesting
That person is either a troll or just a stupid person.
Because they want everyone to know they love butts.

I have ordered a few times myself. I don’t even know how they do this.
This is as annoying as when I was doing Lyft … we drivers were required to have our full face pic in our profile, so riders could see who we are — but the riders weren’t (they’d put pics of themselves at a distance, of their pets, etc), so we could never be certain who we were...
Tired of “Food Critic” names. Like that’s not getting you anything more than you order
Food critics won’t openly say it either, because the whole point is to get the same service as everyone else, it’s pointless if you’re getting a level of food and service nobody gets. I had a food critic name delivery, no tip, asking me to go back for sauces they forgot, and...
Surprisingly I never came across one lol

I thought this said "I Heart D"
I once had someone named “Payyback” and it was in the middle of the ghetto, truthfully not sure why I did the delivering, BUT, this man tipped $40 CASH!!! It honestly made me rethink some of the weird names, mans was so happy I brought him his food. Even complimented me 😂 tho...

Anita dicks
Dixie Wrecked
Awe the ball lover
I have mine as Joe Nuts and my thought process was someone could get a good laugh about it. Also I tip well so why the fuck would the dasher care ya know?
Had a “Cody’s mom” and the address was cougar lane
It was probably an order for someone else. Like a boyfriend or something like that sent food to someone. It's dumb not to use their name but I get what's happening here.
I delivered to Benadryl yesterday lol
My ex had his as "Radz Holocaust" should've been a red flag.
I don't know, maybe for the same reason that Doordash Drivers put in some ridiculous names themselves? What's the difference?
I had a customer call herself “YER MOM”. She had me drive 26 minutes from 7Eleven with taquitos she was craving. She was an employee at Michigan Career Technical Institution.
Never underestimate just how stupid parents can be when naming their kids. Ive worked with two different people at two different jobs that both had the name Imunique. Im pretty sure im getting the spelling wrong though, because they both had some ridiculous stupidly-creative w...
I don't think it really matter if a customer use there real name or not. I as Dasher personally don't care. I mean I got one where there name was KpopL and it was funny as heck
