One of these I called the number and the person answered angry and confused as to who I was and didn't even want a ride anywhere. Just let the timer run out and left.
Seems like a lot of insurance companies double book the ride, too. I just sit and get a few bucks for a no-show and move on.

Air crew hate uber. They want company paid bigger vans. 30 - 45 minute drive with smaller cars is uncomfortable. They also might tip $1. The same I tipped last century.
I always 1 star these rides but I keep getting them. There needs to be a better way of categorizing ride types other than the standards. When these rides just show up as X, instead of CHEAP ASS CUSTOMER, it doesn't give us a fair chance of making a decision.
9/10 times for me these aren't bad, and I usually get a very sweet and polite elderly person that gives me some great conversation that I genuinely enjoy

Yep happened the other day I just waited on the timer left the engine off and made some money. One time I got cash tip from one of these.

I don't understand why so many of you guys have problems with these trips?
They are just too fixated on the money side of things.
Because many of the passengers from trips like this are assholes. They aren’t paying for the ride so they treat it like garbage.

i had one where they mixed up the pickup and drop off locations and no one answered the phone so i drove for like 35 minutes by myself because it was a pretty good paying trip

You get paid a decent wage to book these rides. We barely get paid enough cover our gas mileage while the elderly think we’re their personal driver for the entire day while you guys treat us like your subordinates.
Never ever accept these rides what is usually probably won't get a tip turns to no fuckin way tip
