Surprisingly Firm Timing Chain?

Hey everyone. I'm handling the timing chains on my B8 S4 and the right side feels incredibly stiff. I realize that the sides have distinct measures but i verified that they are on the appropriate side. I also tally the links, and they correspond to the specification on the item listing. The units are from Febi Bilstein, whom I've had zero concerns with. I pedaled the machine twice physically and all appears normal, but I'm somewhat anxious about the strain in the timing.
