No Car Seat, No Ride

Pulled up lady is holding a one year old child in her arms. "Ma'am you have a car seat." Not only does she not have one she proceeds to roll her eyes saying "Other drivers never made me use one." Well good for them. As for me, I am not risking a ticket, my insurance going up, or your child dying in an accident. Cancelled to the sounds of being cussed out. Disgusting I care more about your child than you do.
