curious why you think that a portrait sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard was going to make it intact? Terrible packaging. Lots of deadspace around the frame that needed to be filled.

There is so very little packing, like, it should have at least been foamed, then double bubbled, then line the entire box with Styrofoam sheets. This is what happens when you don't want to pay for extra packing or a larger box to accommodate all the extra packaging.
