Heavy Trucks Passing Heavy Trucks Passing Heavy Trucks. Going up a Grade.

Four lane highway shrinks to one lane. Heavy trucks passing heavy trucks is bothersome but fine, I understand. But when a heavy truck pulls into the third lane to pass a heavy truck that's passing another heavy truck, perhaps you could maybe hold off until the initial pass finishes?
