Americans spend about $5 Trillion a year on healthcare. Federal tax revenue is only $3.5 trillion per year. So no. We wouldn't spend less money.
Adding some detail; government spending on healthcare is about the same in the US as in EU countries, it's just the private spending that makes the total about double.

Correct, the ACA is ultimately still part of the private insurance industry. There are fewer left behind than with the old system (lifetime maximums and preexisting conditions LOL), but still not enough.
How do people not have Healthcare? If you are poor you get free medicaid. If you are rich, your job has health insurance. If your job doesnt have health insurance just find a new job.

Emergency care is not even close to preventative care. The former just needs to stabilize you, the latter treats the underlying causes, not just the symptoms.
