AFAIK, it's a thing in some cultures, used sort of like bold text would be in a lot of the west. The person that has made these signs is probably from one of those cultures.

As a baker in a grocery store, we "bake on premises" but the dough is raw and made by another company. We have a few par-bake breads but we dont make anything from scratch. We do thaw, shape, proof, top and bake though

If the quotes mean they're saying it louder, i'd get it. But some people use it as sarcasm, or 'not true'. The bakers rack under it is empty. So either, it's sold out, or "everyday" was yesterday, and it's still sold out.
