Shits annoying af, or when you hit reception or customer and it still requires a picture but sometimes when you hit front door or another option there’s no picture required……
It's starting to change, I had a stop where they were all signatures for like 5 packages, it let me get one "signature"
nah it's the "gather packages" screen for me
Tbh it’s useful when you have apartment location with a lot of overflow packages
This is genuinely so goddamn frustrating.
The multi stop resetting like i just arrived and parked after dropping a package.
Amazon should delete that screen as well as the dog warning screen. I can see the damn icon for the dog stop wasting my time.
Most of the time the dogs make themselves known if theyre outside as well.
Yea wtf is up with this. Started a few days ago. I’m like no shit. Then it will ask you to take a picture after marking it reception or to customer. I’ve just been covering the camera and taking a blank photo or (?) -> camera isn’t working
And it doesn’t let you add a description to reception. Sometimes I’d mark reception and describe where I left it. Now it’s just swipe
Go to the camera screen, hit the ? In the top right, then hit unable to take photo- customer left with package
I’m surprised it hasn’t started telling us to deliver the package and to put the van in drive to drive.
“Do not take pictures of people or personal information” well maybe don’t make me take a photo when I told you that I handed off the package
The one thay really took me by surprise a few days ago was when I marked a package as undeliverable because a customer wasn't available for OTP, and the app actually asked me to take a picture of the house to prove the customer wasn't there.
Lmao happened to me last week. I just took a photo of the house address, assuming daddy Bezos wanted to make sure I attempted delivery to the right address.
13th reason why?
Show on Netflix about suicide
A Netflix show about a girl who had 13 reasons why so committed suicide
I had a route the other day with 136 stops and maybe 115 of them said "photo required" and forced me to take a picture, even if I was handing it to the customer.
On the photo screen, hit the (?) in the top right, then hit unable ”unable to take photo- customer left with package”
New update sucks cheeks

It’s dumb that when a customer is unavailable for a otp stop and the app wants a picture of no customers available.
My 13th reason is the previous delivery photo taking over the section of the screen that used to tell me the delivery location, so I have to stop outside someone's property, scan the package, wait for it to load, then I can see it's to be delivered at the back door. I used to ...
Mine is when you have a garage delivery and that shit be taking 18 years to load😭

Dear Amazon…..
Just click the “camera isn’t working” option every time.
I actually like it.
You like having an extra screen to click through to do something you were already about to do?
I’m rooting for it
