When will this end?🙃.
Yes, the back is full to the top. No, I couldn’t pick up one more step forward lol

You suck at loading lmao
Looks like he just threw boxes in to beat loadout time 😭
My first thought 😂
My van looks perfect after loading and after some driving... looks like i flipped the van. Shit will not sit still because the routes are so bloated that your forced to stack boxes to the ceiling, and they slide off from the smallest movement.
When you organize
When the route is complete

When you load with 3 bags stacked on the side instead of 2
this is this way get someone show u how triple stack , was looking same wayat first then someone taught me triple stackin, just lift the shelves up on that side and staxk them in 3 instead of 2
Literally never
Thank you for delivering all this shit, most of the time i cant go buy the crap i need and buy from amazon alot. Matter of fact thanks to all you guys here : )
I’d beg on my hands and knees for an ev if I ever got this damn much 😭
U aint lying. Yesterday I was able to do a 160 delivery route with maybe 20 multi location stops and about 20 oversized. I got to my first delivery around 12:35 pm and I was able to finish at 6:45pm and since I had some overtime from rescuing already my supervisor let me go ah...
Not saying that isn’t a lot but you gotta improve your organization skills bro
I would get another job bob
You need a vacation
Duh, when you finish your route.
When you quit 😂
Never Amazon is too convenient for people and the loads will get bigger and bigger because no one wants to work for Amazon
So can anybody actually provide some helpful advice on this? Just saying I've been in a similar situation when not in an EDV,(though never this bad) and any tips culminated would be better than just telling him he's completely cooked. Like thinking vertically goes a long...
Different strategy because I hate folding up the shelves: Start loading the van from the front right. Your first tote will be on the floor next to the sliding door. One you move it, that spot will be your work bench. Next two totes go beside it stacked behind the bulkhead do...
Pick up shelves, triple stack if over 18+ bags or too much OV. Best effort to organize the first half of your van, then if you still have time keep going until they can the 2min. Then just load the rest in. Just organizing the first half and making sure the first 3-4 hours...
Turn the totes on their ends, you’ll have more room
When u quit.
Who loads like that
This looks like a “panic load.” Like was mentioned earlier, focus on your first 3 totes of your route being in order and stage your overflow by lowest to highest 100, doesn’t need to be in exact order. This will make the loading clock less of an enemy. Once on the road, the o...
Dude the day when my van would have looked like this was the day I told my dispatch to put me in an EV cause there was no way everything would have fit.
It ends when you quit.
Triple stack the totes Organize the overflow
Yeah man you need a different strategy here
It wont... good luck
It’s so simple bags in front OV in back zoned by 1st digit U’s in front if necessary

I’ve seen worse.. and I was OCD about organizing. I’ve had my van actually packed to the brim lol
Soon, very soon part of the plan
You have to double stack the totes on the shelf or don’t use the shelves and stack three totes
I'm sorry but the organization sucks with this.
Once tax season’s over, I hope
No, the back is not full to the top. Your picture shows so. A. You suck at loading B. Organize better C. There's empty space right under your shelf where you thought you could fool us into thinking it's full. No boxes, just dead space. D. Buck up, little man.
The only time it slows down by me is after new years for about 2 months then once tax refunds start coming mid march then it blows back up again everyday 190 stops 70 multis. Small van, cdv, edv don’t matter they stuff it to the max most days I work. Been this way 3 years
Skill issue or not, this will only ever get worse.
Invest in ratchet straps to hold the shelves up and keep the bulkhead door open.
When you speak to your fellow drivers and unionize

You need retraining
Learn to ORGANIZE properly!
You're not using any of that space underneath your shelf...
Hey man you can make it up to three even when using the holders. You would get so much more space
It ends when you quit. It won’t stop. You just keep doing it until you quit. lol Also, load that thang up a little better. 😂
Load with the shelves up
When you quit or die
I see lots of space below that shelf on the left
If they're stressing you when it gets to loading, ORGANIZE at your first stop man. It'll be worth the peace of mind. Make sure you're also utilizing the front passenger seat too.
img This is 23 bags/30ish OV. I triple stacked the totes IN ORDER! My first 2 bags I left out- I sorted tote 1 and used tote 2 as a table. OV gets loaded with first 10 being closest to the door. Stickers facing me or written in sharpie so they are easily visible when entering...
At the end of the day. Have you never done a shift before? When all the packages are out of the truck that’s when your day is just about over. It’s sort of predictable and who the f taught you to load a truck… yikes
When you learn how to organize….rookie
This is just a skill issue. Load your van correctly and you won't have this problem.
You must be a guy. Learn to organize. Especially with that job.
