My elderly cat broke my brand new monitor :(
A year of saving gone down the drain rip. Can't even get mad at her, she's quite longtime so her jumping skills ain't the best. "Jumping" for her is barely lunging herself at the direction she wants to go and hoping for the best LOL

If the serial number is a sticker and not embossed, order the exact same monitor again, use heat to get the stickers off, swap them, report the new one as broken during shipping for a refund.
