Charged me extra for the Oreo in my already oreo shake.
It’s not a large manage, and I’m NOT going to argue over $0.50, but resembling. Why? And it doesn’t even have that much Oreo in it. I could even say less than average.

The fact that the shake costs more than the burger is bonkers
right
Depends. They charge an lot for Desserts but give you processed crap for cheap.
It was a small burger
According to the total, it didnt affect your bill. Edit: effect to affect because brain no work good.
The shake was supposed to be $5.49
affect* No disrespect. Just trying to help :)
I absolutely would pitch a fit. They are pulling this trick on everyone.
Yeah I know it’s only 50 cents, but it’s not right for them to charge you more than the advertised amount
Seems most likely to me that the person working the register is just stupid and/or poorly trained.
He was very polite, at least
Send them an email. You will get a refund. Taco bell new account promo didnt apply. It charged me for the free item. I sent an email thinking they didn't care. The mad lads handling support tickets actually refunded me.
I worked at Taco Bell for like a month for some extra cash, and I learned that literally any time you complain they’re supposed to give you one or two free taco coupons.
that's rough, i count every dollar for hero gems too
I went to Subway years ago and got a new menu item they were running a special on. It was called something like chicken avocado melt sandwich or whatever. I got charged extra for the avocado...
I had a Subway try to charge me extra for bacon on a chicken bacon ranch sub. Bacon is right there in the name!
Matcha Oreo shake sounds awesome
I thought I was having a fever dream when I saw it. They only put like a sneeze worth of matcha in it though
Ha. Had a good laugh at this. I’d like to go there and order the Oreo shake, ask to hold the Oreo, then request discount?
You kind of got scammed.
In Texas, that would be 8.25% sales tax.
That's what you get for going to jack in the box. I don't know how they're still in business with their astronomical prices and tiny portions. They are the worst offenders when it comes to shrinkflation.
What's the difference between crumbles and pieces?
Does that say Jr. Jumbo burger? Is it jumbo or.... Jr.
The jumbo jack is their standard burger, and I got a smaller version of it
So the shake is priced on the menu for 5.49, and the extra .50 brings it to 5.99?
Correct
I think the person who took your order just did it wrong. Pressed a button they didn't need to press. But ... You should have gotten extra Oreo if that's not the way it's supposed to be rang up. Strange.
That’s ridiculous.
No they didn’t? The prices of 3.99 and 5.99 add up to the total provided.
Milkshake was supposed to be $5.49, the receipt is just formatted weird
That’s what you get for being a matcha bandwagon fan
Leave me and my tasty grass alone
For everyone having a fit, do the math
Once again, the shake was supposed to be $5.49
They didn't charge you extra. The total is the same. It's just how that item was put into the POS system.
The shake was supposed to be $5.49
Stop going to these places... pretty simple. " They charge me too much!!" Wahhhhhh
Again, it’s not a big deal. Their shakes are normally my favorite. I just thought it was weird.
