My graduate student demonstrated machine-generated trash to class

I instruct an undergraduate course. Graduate assistants manage the session discussions in my institution. My graduate student decided it was fine to employ computers to produce utter garbage and showed it to the pupils. He is my doctoral candidate - I believed I could rely on him and was granting him plenty of room in how he managed these gatherings. I've never felt so crushed before.
