Is this doing too much? I retuned package cause this city official building security didn’t want to seize package and stated to locate the mailroom
It was a huge business building in downtown (insert town name) and for the most part, I all the time depart it with the front desk and or security if I see one present, cause I’m not risking my safety and moment to appear for a “mailroom”

Always RTS if its not obvious where it should go.
I mean I RTSed at a commercial stop yesterday because I called twice for someone to come get the package and nobody ever showed up. 190+ stops, 220+ locations, I'm not going to sit there all day waiting with your package.
Nowhere safe to leave the package, swipe to finish, on to next stop. No time for bs.
I ain’t wasting no time with that BS. That package is going back to the station.
I'm not spending extra 10 mins looking for that, rts
You know what works wonders? "Oh ok cool. Can you tell me how to find the mail room?" Then next time you go there you can just go directly to the mail room and you never have to talk to anyone there again. Learning and remembering how to handle individual stops does wonder...

OP did mention that security told them “to go find the mailroom”. Sure it makes sense if the front desk doesn’t want to accept the package but their literal job is to check in and guide visitors.
RTS, Cannot Access Location
You did more than most would buddy. Call/Text and bring that shit back if they don’t answer after 3 rings
RTS!!

RTS. We don’t have time to be wandering a big ass building with no direction. Say the front desk refused the package and move on.
Access issue RTS
Too much? This is the bare minimum you should be doing if you can’t deliver a package…
Did you even try to find the mail room?
Exactly. You only have to find a mail room once and from then on you know where it is. It could even be easier to reach than it was to find the security desk. Like several buildings in our downtown area have side entrances you can park next to and its then you walk down a ...
Why would I do that when there’s a perfectly good front desk employee right there, and other businesses with security happily take packages. it’s kinda their job not mine to find a mailroom 20 ft into a building I’ve never been to
