Since I've started driving more during the daytime, I've seen things I never thought possible from someone with a driving license. Don't underestimate just how shit and oblivious some people are.

The back wheel on the curb is what really gets me. Even blind people would notice that.
Based on the car I would guess that they are elderly.
That's almost not even parallel parking even though it is parallel parked. This seems like it should have been just pulling up to where you want to stop. Unless there were cars in front and behind when they parked.
