What options do I have? 2018 Jeep wrangler JL unlimited sport.

2018 Jeep wrangler JL unlimited sport s. The screw stripped, tried most bits and sets to reverse bits and harbor freight extractors. At this point I don’t care if I wreck the screw. Not sure why we have screws here. I have a hammer drill but bits are going any further.

Nah they're so you can put the caliper bolt in that hole to press the rotor off the hub. The little screw there is used to keep the threads clean. If you go without the little screw then the threads get all messy and caliper bolts won't thread in there
