I'm starting to think that there are only squirrel *resistant* bird feeders.
There are only bird tolerant squirrel feeders.
It's a good thing they don't make *bullet-resistant* vests. Lol
The feeders themselves aren't usually the problem. It's their location and easy access that get you in trouble. A simple Slinky and squirrel baffle will shut them down immediately. The confused look on their face when they realize the party's over is worth the price of admission.

Squirrel Solutions 150 and 200 are the only two I've found that work. You have to hang them at least 2 ft from a pole, so squirrels can't "reach over" and grab food.
