Technically vehicles should be behind the red line. Usually indicates what needs to be kept clear for fire dept. The hashed yellow lines are to indicate that area is not for parking and should also be kept clear because directly behind that truck is the access for the little...

I can’t tell from the picture but it looks like the whole curb is painted yellow while also being individually painted parking spaces? The trucker still parked like a nob since he’s in clearly painted no parking zone from the diagonal no parking lines. But this whole lot jus...

Trucks like that should only be able to be used for industrial purposes, not personal use
