I successfully became a customer 3 days ago . Iām done with that . I suggest you do the same
I did like 4 years ago when the pay rate was 20 an hour. Crazy you guys are actually getting paid less than I was accounting for inflation
good I just started at post office its harder but the pay is better especially when we get overtime and holiday pay lol vs my amazon days we did not have guaranteed 8 hours at my dsp at the time either.
As of right now for a lot of markets, that one is a lot easier said than done. Slow firing, slow hiring, and now about 40% of entry level jobs require 3 years prior experience. Iām interviewing this week hoping this one is the one for me, but our economy isnāt as good as it wa...
I was at 25.50 cuz Iām in California in the Bay Area but that still wasnāt enough. Left after 4 years and now I got a warehouse job that started me at 27 an hour now Iām at 28 an hour after only being there for half a year, Amazon sucks so bad for how big they are.
The fact you have to wait an hour and put in physical energy to make $25.67 after taxes in a dusty warehouse is the reason Iād lowball as an employer to. It takes nothing for the guy/gal to live and finally start feeling āappreciatedā. $28 after waiting a fuckin hour and it st...
God F me on the east coast.. same type work pays $15.50 hr here.
What was ur DSP name?
Biggest reason why I left after 3 years of this shit. $21.50
You act like 21.50 aināt enough keep you alive broš I make 22.25 and I have way more then I know what to do with moneyš or have 2 kids at 20 years old and complain they canāt afford anything, if your homeless thatās a different story but if you get over 20$ an hour I donāt ...
30 to 35 an hour is a little ridiculous for our job. What we REALLY need are 100 to 160 stops, 250 packages total, holiday pay, and double pay when we work holidays. Oh, and a 25 minute load out time.
I get a hour to loadout bc we are the last DSP out and our shit hasnāt been ready on time since Peak. Iām not complaining about the overtime though.
š«”
Nah w all the rules and turnover and expectations needs to be $30 get better workers , itās a billion dollar company
21.50 for us
Iām making $22 an hour at my dsp
Honestly I quit cause they kept pushing past their "300 package 190 stop maximum" every single day so seeing this makes me feel validated
Loving them helper routes ehh š¤£
This looks like my route the other day except mine was 190 with ~65 multis so at least 260+ locations and 390 packages in a Ford when we have plenty of EVs! I got rescued early though so it was chill.
Helper route with 25 multis?..... eh possibly i dont think so though. Helper routes are 240-280 with like 50-80 multiple stops and over 500 packages.
This is probably a fat locker stop that is still showing each individual stop but will come off after the locker. Iāve had that before multiple times.
LMFAO bro FedEx isn't even hourly, you're not even working the lowest paying delivery service
yeah they go to fedex they about to find out real soon how fun that is.
22.50 at mine!
yeah thatās 280 locations has to hurt. thereās is a guy on our team that does nothing but long drives ways on 200+ stops he brings a One wheel motorized electric skateboard.
I drive a forklift in a factory for 29.19 an hour. Full benefits, vacation, sick days, etc⦠Theres better out there for yall
Assuming you are forced to adhere to DOT regulations for the 100 air mile rule, you can only drive for 11 hours. This means, without the travel time to your terminal and back, you have to deliver a package once every 1.8 minutes.
Remember when this would only be during peak... This past peak was easier than my regular routes now
homie just go at your normal pace. youll probably just get rescued, and even if not, you'll have proof that youre being given way too many stops in one shift. maybe my dsp works a lot different than from what im seeing but you can only do what you can do, its really your dsps ...
milk the clock?
Always. Especially if paid by the hour
It's 25/hr in southern mass
Someone's working too fast and the AI is taking advantage of that.
That doesnāt seem even remotely doable. The most Iāve done is 195 stops and 40 multis and that killed me.
Me and a few others from my old DSP left and went to work for Fidelity Investments back in 2022. Best decision of my life.
Unionize!
This is the only answer, unfortunately. Also I wouldnt be quick to gripe about your wage, grass is always greener on the other side, and I know plenty of people that'd make sacrifices to get where you are. Good luck homie
God i wish I only got 25 multi stops
Just putting this into perspective I'm a field technician for isp. We get paid literally 22hr and what were all doing basically installing equipment re-wiring homes, climbing poles and just putting our lives in danger sometimes due to crazy weather conditions. We have a quota ...
Considering they give overtime when most donāt isnāt a bad deal.
At the very least they should have a rule that if you get assigned a certain amount of stops you get a raise or a bonus.
You picked the job remember that
Itās sad how $21 is now āonly $21ā
it really is. i remember when $12-14 was equivalent to what $21 is now.
*laughs in postal service
stop sending us your packages to deliver amazon us at post office its already hard enough with just the mail

Only way that will even remotely have a chance at this is if people choose not to work for that.
Whats the minimum wage in your state?
This isnt too bad if you have an extra person. If not, then they didnt even lube you up before they fucked you.
Injured my knee and got a hernia doing this shit in 8-9 hours I had to quit, definitely not worth the money whatsoever. Did it for 3 and a half years
23 in long island new york How is it only 25 multi stops?!
Itās a house route prolly close to the station or they have a locker
Do you guys rush when having this many stops or do you guys keep the same pace as usual?
Honestly depends on the person, the route (area they have) and how the DSP is. In my opinion.
$23 over here in SoCal
So is there a cap on OT?
I started at 23.75 in December 2025
I thought this was normal while I was working there 3 years ago they had me rescuing people after I finished too. Usually lazy fucks that suck on their thumb all day while I busted my ass trying to get done early. Fuck Amazon
Pssst, unionize Thereās a reason yāall get treated like shit
When is Amazon gonna run out of mfs to hire so they can up the wages
They paint a picture for you when you are applying for job
$26 here but gas cost $7 a gallon, rent is one of the highest in the world.
How much is your rent? You're in California aren't you?
Just get your time in till you can get hired at UPS or FedEx and make better money
sucks because everywhere else pays less
Yea I quit a while back with no plan! Now working my ass of in sales, at least my effort actually pays off
My friend said FedEx is currently at $28 an hour
Diesel is now over $5 in Tennessee. Everything that gets trucked to your stores will be going up in price until this fucking war is over.
I left 2 years ago and I came back. I think this is my hellš
I was injured back in 2022 and I'm finally out delivering again as of a month ago.
$29.20 where Iām at.
you do realize that AI overlord tracks how fast you do drop offs the faster you do it the more they give you you want less you got to struggle go slower and slower. I've never worked for Amazon I'm just now realizing that AI shit that watches your every move and I can't beli...
I agree but i will also stand to say out of all the helper routes I've done.. seeing 25 multi-stops would've made me happy af for that day Here change that number to about 80+ and package count to a minimum of 400+ for our helper routes Everyone knows this job sucks but got...
And go where? What skills do you have?
At least 32 at this point
Iām on at $20
Not a lot of packages for the amount of stops. 243 stops is bonkers though
Idk why theyād give you 243 stops by yourself.
man I have to deliver that many packages and it tells me only 190 stops and like damn near 50 multi stops a day, this shit is ridiculous.
lmao not a chance in hell. go to UPS and hang around several years and you'll get that kind of pay
Gees, even Flex almost isnāt that bad.
$45+ at UPS.. F Amazons monopolized bullshit
How in the world can you do 243 stops in a 10-hour shift??? The MAX my DSP gives us is 180 stops. Like, how is 200+ stops even POSSIBLE???
invest your money bro that 21.50 can get somewhere

ONLY WAY WE GET THAT IS GET CONNECTED WITH THE UNION !!
$21/hr?? Where do u live cuz I get 24
It really should beā¦
Consider yourself lucky fedex ground when I was working for them in December was only paying 19 an hour
Everyone needs to try and not use Amazon so often even tho the convenience. I suggest anywhere else but Amazon tbh
$21 is a DEAD INSULT!
Bunch of entitlement in this comments tbh, 21.50 is the most any entry level job will pay. Have people even looked at the job market? It is absolutely fucked and only getting worse. Sell your soul to debt or get lucky with who you know. At least amazon gives you full time...
Oh hell naw
Mfs afraid of hard work š
Didnt you know peak was over 3 months ago?
Or you could find another job. Youāre not owned by them.
š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£
This could also be a helper route. But mostly locked stop seperated.
Find a new job if you donāt like it āØ
they don't need to do $30. They know people will flock to whatever their lowball price is because it pays slightly better than anything else around.
Yep,yall have way more stops than ups and get paid $10.50 less starting
Lol stop crying, imagine having to deliver amazon and mail for the same amount of money, and USPS is union. Delivery work sucks, always has and always will. Its basically a last resort job or a filler in between jobs.
Amazon is one of the worst companies to work for they ask all this work for little to no pay its like fast food but worst since your putting strain on your body doing all these shitty boxes
I bust my ass for $26 an hour 12 hour shifts. And you're complaining about driving a truck for $21 an hour? Get the fuck out of here.
Every year a driver is here we should be evaluated. Our performance should be looked at and a raise should accommodated based on said performance
They wonāt increase the price because thereās an endless amount of people that can replace you unfortunately.
Find something else then, greedy.
Surgeons make pretty good money, why not try that?
$21 is actually pretty good pay
Iām only at $22 š„¹ the picture you showed is my daily route! I average 1200+ packages in 4 days.
Yeah its easier to get a job now then three years ago. I can tell you my business is more profitable then three years ago
Mann bruh. I was @ 22.50 in Anaheim California.. & there was NO WAY IN HELL I was saying to myself that work was worth that type of money. That $30+ and thatās why I pressed myself to Get my shit in order. They make you jump through hoops on this planet to make a measly $8...
Entitled much
Hard work does not always mean you should be payed $30+ an hour. Delivering for Amazon is a non skill job no matter what anyone says. They can pull anyone off to street to deliver packages.
U chose this job and can quit at anytime smh
$21.70 as a CCA for the post office that used to do your amazon so itās a small violin from me
I dont know why no one wants to work for USPS 90% of your deliveries are in a mailbox and you sit down for most of the route, great benefits and a pension
After gas and vehicle maintenance you're basically working for for free.
Thats a Christmas route if ive ever seen one
Lots of āvictimsā in here. You are aware that many folks world appreciate the opportunity, right? Donāt like your job, get a better one, but donāt blame the person signing the check for your own limitations.
š š„¾
Thatās light work for a helper route. Wait until you get 280+ stops, 500 packages
Bro people are digging ditches for 18 bucks an hour and youre complaining about over $20 and hour having to drive and deliver packages? Fuck outta here. Im sorry but youre more than welcome to go get a job building buildings and doing construction if you want that pay rate. If...
bruh 21$ is good for driving around town delivering packages. quit being a lazy bum
You know no one is forcing you to work there every day. Don't like it go find something else
Complaining about $21 for being a delivery driver is showing your entitlement. Go pee in more bottles
Meanwhile UPS drivers making $45/hr doing basically the same job, but alright. And even those being laid off are being offered $150K buyouts.
Imagine making 20 and hour and throwing a bitch fit
You drive a vehicle delivering packages. No post secondary, no university , no technical or developed skill set. Just a license and 16 year old can get, two legs and a heart beat. Your van is pre loaded, you have an app to track deliveries, a gps to tell you where to go. Low...
$30-$35 per hours .. how much hours a week and how much you make per paycheck?? Please
Does Amazon not let people quit and go work somewhere else?
I make 24.50, your dsp owner ripping you off š
For a low effort job, $21/hr is fair, but with inflation you should get maybe $25.
"only $21"???
For the work you guys do i'm surprised it's as high as 21$
25 max. You people are acting like itās a high skill job, itās not. Anyone can do this job. Itās a job not a career.
So I always see people complaining about this and I get it but let me ask you this: Why not try to find a better paying job? Any time I felt like I wasnāt making enough money for the work I was putting in I have found something that paid better. And I donāt believe in a world ...
I used to be an electricians apprentice. Completed school and everything and no they do not work harder. Sure I was digging ditches and pulling wire and everything. Those dudes get a lunch break. They can piss in a bathroom. They get 15 minute breaks. There is SOME downtime. 2...
Because other better paying jobs either arenāt available or youāve gotta have a fucking Masterās degree and 10 years work experience for it
I think all hourly jobs should pay more
Hell nooo!!! Thatās slavery
Youāre telling me I bust my ass physically making $20/hr and thereās dweebs in vests delivering packages making more?!š
Go apply then ? š¤£
$20/hr in 2026 is chopped. Wait till you find out what people sitting a desks listening to music make.
Saying that like we dont bust our asses, moving 300 49lbs boxes for 10 hours straight in a baking truck with no a/c, while dealing with the mental stress of driving said truck for the rest of those 10 hours youre not squatting weights and waters?
I get that everyday just put the fries in the bag lil bro
"I'm exploited more than you are lil bro"
yes yes defend the people underpaying their employees, defend the rich corporations!
Glad youāre happy to get overworked and underpaid.
Alright lil bro calm down , yall canāt even drive , you guys are lucky you make right now
