Dawn power wash spray, if that doesn’t work try using the carbon stained devils. It’s a little yellow bottle and they have one specifically for ink.
Buy some diabetic alcohol wipes.

Hair spray--the cheap stuff, or Binaca-type spray breath freshener. Dissolves/ breaks the bond? of the ink.
Take a picture of a mirror to show the phone? It might end up being a cool patina.
