Can exhaust manifold hardware be reused?

Honda Element with K24 engine. Previous owner damaged the manifold but that fix failed. New manifold includes gasket but no bolts. Is it safe to reuse the old hardware? Engine was replaced 50k km ago but the original manifold stayed. Appreciate any input.
